Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a hormonal disorder common among women of reproductive age. Women with PCOS may have infrequent, prolonged or no menstrual periods or excess male hormone levels.

The ovaries may also be affected by developing small collections of fluids and fail to regularly release eggs.

It causes hair growth on the face and body and baldness. Also, causes acne, pimples, face rashes.

It can also contribute to health problems like diabetes, heart diseases and so on.

How To Control It

It can be control by birth control pills and diabetes drugs to help fix the hormone imbalance and improve symptoms.

From my own research, without the use of the birth control pills and diabetes drugs, we can fix the hormone and improve symptoms naturally through what we eat daily (i.e. daily meal).

You are all welcome.
